HI, I am a retired GM technician I have worked at 4 GM dealerships and have purchased vehicles at 3 of them but Modern is the best in integrity and customer service of all,and conducts their business in a very fair and reputable way. they do not dump used cars on their customers that have not been serviced and ran through their shop and made in good condition. I did not purchase my last used vehicle from them only because they did not have the vehicle I was looking for. I purchased a 2007 yukon from Kernersville Dodge, BIG mistake assuming it was ran thru service shop and checked over as most reputable dealerships do, was I wrong I purchased it as is assuming it was up to date and current on service as Modern does boy was I wrong, to start fuel door would not close, power mirrors were inop, rear defogger inop, 3rd day replaced battery, rear window inop, engine oil was dirty, rear seat recline handle missing water leak at rear hatch. Was I not a Master GM tech this could have cost me over a thousand dollars, this would NOT happened at Modern and if something did slip by they would have made it right judging from my last purchase from them, So if you want service before and after the sale I recommend Modern for your next purchase of new or used vehicle.

Make yourself at home! Alway helpful service department, I work from home so I literally set up office in the lounge and my service tech came to see if I needed anything while I waited. Very clean and organized place of business. I felt very welcomed as I came in and left feeling as though I had made friends. I traded a vehicle that I was upside down in for a vehicle with lower milege, lower payments that still had factory warranty and did not have to get an older model vehicle. The staff stayed after closing hours to make sure I was taken care of and never made me felt rushed. My salesman Henry was one of a kind. He was very caring to my needs of purchasing a vehicle. He NEVER once made me feel as though I was being pushed into anything. He listened to my unique situation and found the best options for myself. Our salesman, Marcos Diaz was very helpful in getting us into our new truck. This is the 3rd new vehicle we have purchased from him and like the previous two experiences, he was diligent in getting us the best deal, looking for any rebates and seeing what discounts we qualified for. We would absolutely recommend him and Modern Chevrolet to any of our friends. We not only have had good experience with Marcos, but their service department has been very competent in fixing any issues that we have taken them. The finance department was efficient and overall this was a very good experience. The entire sales team works together to make sure the customer has the best service, top trade in value and the best price on their purchase vehicle. salesman was excellent. Girl demonstrating unser and features of color where is also excellent.unfortunately, the finance person did not check with my bank and give me another bank for financing. When I checked with my bank on Monday I got a rate 2% less than what he gave me. I will be changing the financing as soon as I can.

I was called and notified of recall before I was even notified by mail. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and had recall fixed on by he same day. It all happened in an hour or less. Excellent service as always.

I love the facility, customer care agents and technicians. Everyone is very professional and helpful. They take good care of my vehicle and my family. My daughter love the room designated to the kids and keeping them occupied while the vehicles are being service. She thinks she can just come back next week and play. I arrived early Wednesday [22nd April 2014] for routine service on my 1996 Chevrolet Suburban. The checks and assessment indicated new front brake rotors and new rear brake drums. The work was completed around 2:00PM. Andy Beamon and the service crew performed with courtesy and dispatch. The accumulated Rewards also appreciably reduced the expense. Thanks to all.

I had great service as I always have. However I would like to point out an issue I have with the service Dept. I came in for an oil and filter change on Friday, March 28th 2014. I was told it would be 1hr to 1hr 30mins wait. I told the customer service Rep. that I would come back later. He told me had an appointment slot available for Sat. morning at 8:30am if I could come back then. I arrived at 8:26am Sat. morning. He told me the rush had beat me there. I told him no problem I have an appointment. So at 10:20am my vehicle was ready. Needless to say I was very aggravated and frustrated because I had scheduled an appointment for 8:30am. Now I said all that to say this, if you schedule an appointment you need to honor that appointment because in this case the appointment meant absolutely nothing. My service work at Modern has been excellent. I am not really complaining. Hopefully this will help reduce some frustration and aggravation on both sides in the future.

Ashley Tuttle was very responsive and promptly set me up with an appointment at your dealership. Upon arrival at our appointed time, Jake Hopkins took over. He was eager to answer all of my questions and was quick to find the vehicle that had all of our requirements for a test drive. Jake also worked hard to arrive at a price that was suitable for everyone. Upon delivery of the vehicle, Jake was extremely thorough when demonstrating the features of the car and even connected the Bluetooth and OnStar functionality for me!
